Privacy
Short version: we collect as little as possible. No advertising, no analytics trackers, no cookies on this site, and we never sell your data.

2. What we handle, and why

3. The in-browser demo
The Samturation demo runs entirely in your browser. The audio is processed on your computer and nothing from it is sent to us.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Your browser may keep a few technical records (like cached files). Stripe's checkout page has its own cookies and policy.
5. How long we keep it
Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires us to (generally several years). Support emails are kept while they are useful to help you, then deleted. Cloudflare logs follow Cloudflare's own retention periods.
6. Who we share it with
Only the service providers above, who process the data for us under their own privacy terms, and the authorities when the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted when we no longer need it for legal reasons. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Children
Our products are not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
When we change this policy we update the effective date above. If we ever add analytics or a mailing list, we will say so here before doing it.
